We offer a range of Weight Management support as well as a lifestyle programme for families of children aged 4-17 to help develop and maintain a healthy lifestyle. We offer the following support to all residents who live, work or have a registered County GP:

- Free, confidential weight loss advice and support

- A telephone service text or online support that can support you from the comfort of your own home

- Face to face support to those who are digitally excluded

- A personalised 12-week Weight Management programme

- Support from qualified Nutritionists

- Coping strategies to help you maintain your weight loss

We also provide:

- A Healthy Lifestyle in Pregnancy programme

- Men's Weight Management Service, suitable for men aged 16+. The service combines information sharing, open discussions, and physical activity delivered in interactive group sessions

- Healthy4 Me, a fun and interactive group programme for residents who have a learning disability
